We love the Christmas season. It comes to us each year as a reminder of God's redeeming love for His people. The birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ - the greatest gift.
Looking back at this year, we have so many blessings to thank God for.
2011
This year
God has showed us
His loving kindness again.
We had sufficient food to eat,
Clothes to wear, shelter overhead,
and family to love and support each other.
We saw prayers answered, sickness turn to health,
bitterness transform to forgiveness, sadness melt into joy.
Needs kept us our our knees - needing Him. May we be a needy people in the coming year so that our needs draw us closer to Him each day.
Yikes! It is 2012 beginning tomorrow!
